Okay what if one day in the pokemon world the pokemon somehow someway get rabbies and go against the humans?Well my answer would be go run and keep running until nothing because they will get you somehow someway.But I could just go beyond the gate and BAM! I'm gone but you can't do that so >:P.

Eh, forget rabies, My real question is how the hell animals with such extraordanary powers managed to stabilize such an odd ecosystem. If you really think about it, species of Pokemon would wipe other species off the face of the planet over matters of territory, food, mating and things of that nature.
but if there were ever a rabies epidemic, I'm guessing Team rocket would be the most prepared ones, what with their weapons, and Pokemon catching technology and what not.
